Front Axle Bump Stops

I just bought a '04.5 3500 DRW that has the bump stop missing above the front axle. If there an easy place to source one from besides the dealer? They look like they are just pressed in with a couple dimples in the mount to hold them.

Go to the dtx website,many members there have removed their factory bumps to install hydro-bumps.Maybe some one has saved their oems
