I have a 2002, and I have the FASS wired into the ignition, as a backup for the ECM-driven power (which is on an ADT relay/harness to be safe). I usually leave the ignition circuit to provide the power, but I was just testing the other circuit while stopped. Now the Fass will work fine on the jumpered power, but not off the ECM. Also, at the same time that I noticed this, my wait to start light will not come on (and I haven't checked it with a multimeter, but there's not gauge voltage drop anymore, so I would guess they're not working. Could these two issues be related? Tied to the ECM together somehow?

Is this most likely the ECM? That's the only thing I can think of, unless theres a related fuse... does anyone have any input? A guess/idea?
