Hi Men & Women:
I have an issue with a fuel leak I could sure use some assistance with. If my truck sites for over 8-10 hours it looses its' prime and the system needs to be pupmed up. While running I am loosing a steady drip of fuel that appears to be coming from the promer button area. When I start to pump the primer and bring fuel into the lines the rubber boot over the button gets very slippery on the inside. It usually takes about 70-80 pumps to recharge the prime to the point that the button is to hard to press any more. From there I ahve to turn the engine over bring the line presure upto running PSI. Can someone please tell me what is involved to R&R that lift pump and maybe what a new pump might cost.
The Brake issue I am having is when I release my E-Brake, the brake light stays on and also the ABS light comes on.
