Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) fuel pressures keep dropping, is it the FASS?

I checked it with a mechanical, same psi so the electric is working.

And the one I'm getting fluctuations from is the 150. With the 2nd Gens it's noisy anyway. Does this modification address other issues also? Issues that might cause pressure drop or a deviation from a constant pressure?



My FASS 150 Ser 2904 - bought it from Piers - was an earlier model that had no weather seals around the brush caps on the motor. The first winter with the system it started blowing fuses and I found it had ice inside the motor. I removed it, thawed/dryed it out and put RTV on the threads. Maybe I best send mine in - a sudden total pressure loss with my new HRVP44 would break my wallet.
