Fuel sender problems

Anyone know of a fix for erratic fuel gauge.
Replaced sender unit and still having problems, most times the gauge does not work, some times it registers fuel for a short period of time.
I just refuel when low fuel light comes on.
93 truck is the only one with this problem, both my 91. 5 and 89 are fine.
Anyone having the same problem?

Thierry Dodge put out a TSB number 08-33-94 Fuel Gauge inaccuracy. For the diesel trucks it's a modification to the wiring harness.
The pn for the harness is 04773164.
No instructions come with the harness. Your local dealer will print the TSB, it has the instructions. I have the wiring harness just haven't made the time to install it.
