I Found gear lube dripped on floor under 4WD actuator on front axle. What's does it take to fix it.

Do you see a drip forming on underside of actuator? Maybe a dry gasket.

Or simply clean the surfaces and apply a bead of the Black RightStuff gasket maker.

Try a re-torque first. Also make sure the vent is clear so pressure doesn't build in the axle.
