:( We ordered bango bolt's and some other parts from Geno;s Two Weeks ago and Still Don't Have the Parts, anyone else having problem's with thier order's :mad: :mad: :mad:

Nope, no problems with Genos.

Matter of fact, they seem to have the best customer service out there.



I ordered a Mag Hytec diff. cover 2 weeks ago and paid by check- it arrived 5 business days later.



They forgot to send the promotional filler gizmo deal they were offering--called them up, and they had one sent out priority mail.



You ever think that THEY might be waiting themselves for your parts to come in??
 
I haven't heard much bad about them.



You did call them and talk to them before posting here ..... right?



If not, call them and don't gripe here.

Geno's has been slow on getting the banjo bolts out. I ordered 2 sets,and they took a long time to come in. everything else has been excellent from Geno's.

KBertoch already did his part, he ordered and paid for them. The ball is in Geno's court now. If they can't deliver, it is their responsability to call KBertoch to work it out, not his. I hate it when a supplier drops the ball. No excuses!
 
Great service for me

WHen IK ordered the banjo bolt kit a week ago, the sales rep told me that they were not in stock at the time of the order. The rest of my order arrived in three days. I couldn't ask for anything more.



Just curious, for the guys who are wondering the stat on your order, did you phone it in or did you use the internet catalog?
 
LarryB, I agree - it is in their ballpark now.



But, playing the devils advocate - what if they did ship it and something happened to the order??



All I'm saying is - give the vendors a fair chance. Don't publicly dump on them before contacting them personally.



And if that doesn't work - then publicly dump on them.

I just called them up to see if my order had shipped. It took less than A minute and I don't have to wonder where it is. Take A minute and call them it is not a big deal.

I was just put off by Dan's blast at KBertoch. I don't think KBertoch was dumping if you read his first post again. :)

:--) We did call a week ago and again today still no parts . . WE asked for parts that was not on back order to be shipped. Maybe later today.

The only problem seems to be when they are back ordered on something. My recent order for a fuel pressure gauge and smoothie cup holder was answered by an e-mail that said that both items were back ordered and would be send as soon as they became available.
 
me too

i ordered the new mirrors on line and got an email saying they were back-ordered for about a week... ... we'll see. but i have NEVER had anything but GREAT service from geno's
 
Yes!

After quite a few e-mails and a lot of my time I've been credited for a shippment that was cancelled.

Now If they would just send they return forms they said they would I could return the order.

Somebody could probably use this fuel gauge that is here in a box with no home. :rolleyes:

Geno's is great!

I have had two West Tech fuel gauges and a dash gauge housing on backorder since Dec. Geno's has been great. They mailed me a letter explaining the problem they've had getting the parts.



I'm in the customer service business myself and am loyal to good customer service. Geno's always provided the best service to me. Although I would rather have the parts, I'm not hurting for them.

:eek: Well We got some of the parts late today. :rolleyes: Now we have to find the bango bolt gasket's local or see if the back order come in soon. :rolleyes: I Don't want to make this a :-{} Thing .

I also work in purchasing and I know there's way's around

Back order's All I was asking was anyone else having problems getting parts. :D :D :D
 
Great service

Have bought many things from Geno's and always had the items shipped promptly. I've had a few problems but when I called them the problems were always taken care of to my satisfaction. They have even special ordered some items I couldn't get elsewhere. A great company with good people.
 
Geno's Garage - Offer To Help

I just read this thread regarding problems with Geno's service.



I searched their order database to try to get a status update on that order (search on last name Bertoch for order containing Banjo Bolts).



I cannot locate any orders you have placed under the name Bertoch with Geno's Garage. Perhaps the order was placed under a different name?



If you'll please e-mail me with that information, I'll have it researched and an update sent to you immediately.

Great service

I agree with WireDawg and Rammin On.

I have ordered filters, fittings, gaskets, T Shirts, "Dash pod"( not recieved yet ordered in Dec) and on and on.

I recieved my orders within a few days normally, I have had the dash pod the new one they came out with the triple that goes up on the dash by the defroster ducts.

Mid Dec I ordered some supplies from Genos, I recieved them minus the dash pod shortly there after. The pod was on back order. I called other companies tring to find the pod they all told me BACK ORDER.

In Jan I recieved a letter explaining that it was still on back order and enclosed was a form for me to cancel if I wanted to.

Mid Jan I called and talked to Robin (very nice on the phone and she has a very nice voice) still on back order from manufacture.

I called back in Feb and same thing, she explained that it was a new product and the manufacture was have problems supporting the demand.

I will be calling next week to see if anything else is going on.

I need some more stuff and will be ordering from them.

Geno's keep up the good work. Of course I would even be happier if you would lower the prices :D .

I ordered a few items a couple weeks ago. I recieved an email from Geno's letting me know I would recieve everything but my gauge pods within 14 days, the gauge pods are back ordered and they won't recieve them until the end of March. I am disappointed it will take so long, but am pleased with the fact they promptly notified me of the delay.

I should get my "Rattle" T-shirt before then, but it probably won't be warm enough to show it off it until I get the gauge pod:{
