Well just to let you know, the banjo bolts still need to be tapped out to 1\8. . Received a order and 1/8 male threads wouldn't screw in... . Genos, I thought you fixed this? Any way once tapped all is well.

I recieved the wildcat banjos and they screwed right in. Torque to specs and your good to go. I have an early 24v with the rubber hose between the filter and the injection pump. Im thinking about changing the vp44 banjo for a different fitting. Seems a very simple swap which is about my skill level. The banjos got me 2 more psi at the pump. A good investment in my mind.

Received my banjo from Genos and after fumbling for a half an hour trying to get 1/8 in hose started,I removed the banjo fitting and discovered it wasnt tapped right. I had to force the hose into fitting and basically cut my own threads. Question are the little gaskets only supposed to be used one time?

If the gaskets have been installed for awhile, I wouldn't reuse them as they've probably been flattened by the torque on the bolt. If all you've done is torqued the bolt down and then removed it a short time later, you're probably ok.
