I'm using the stull grill as well - you break out the existing honeycomb and install the stull grills. Here's a pic of the front of my truck:

It works great - they gravel our roads twice a year and I use to get tons of hits on my A/C condensor and intercooler - none since the install. It also stops almost all of the bugs from getting through too. One recommendation I have is when you install the bumper grills instead of mounting them behind the bumper like they say, mount them in front of the bumper. They fit in there great and with the frame around them if the did take a HARD hit (like a deer) they wouldn't push through the bumper. If you mount them behind the bumper I'm afraid they might go right into the intercooler.
