I finally got around to working on a permanent gauge mount. Everything is in a wired. All that's left is having a custom dash mat made.

If I had your time and talent, I'd be building a log home from nothing more than my two hands and the timber on my farm :--)

I had an artificial horizon in there but it scarred the passenger too much.

Hey GL if you would cut down on those wild hot tub parties at tax payers expense you might have time to find some talent. :-laf

Daylighters, Aux backup lights (AKA get off my hiny lights), Topper lights and 1 spare for future use. All are on relays mounted to the backside of the glove box.

What brand/style. . etc. . gauges did you use? The match to factory looks real good and good job on the wood grain too.

Gauges are ISSPRO EV series except the tach which was not available in the EV at the time. I'm a little bummed the oil psi gauge and the clock aren't available with a red pointer.

The wood grain is walnut veneer over 1/8" aluminum w/about 20 coats of satin laquer.

Could you take apart the gauges with the white needles and paint them with some of that safety red/orange krylon type stuff? Or are they sealed up tight?
