2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission halo light will not turn off & dome only manually

My 99 2500 halo light will not turn off and my dome light has to be turned off with the dimmer?

While we are on interior lights is there a easy way to fix my map lights? Seems that they are just floating in place and will not come on is pushed.

Are the parts sill available from the dealer?

Parts should still be available from the dealer, but you'll have to remove the map light pod though to get a better idea of what's in store for you. I was able to fix mine by gluing a broken plastic piece in the assembly.
