To claim that one bad experience with one dealer technician who probably forgot to check his work before he reported it completed or, at worst, is not a good technician, in one dealership is the Daimler-Chrysler business model is a truly stupid statement.
Daimler hasn't owned Chrysler for several years now and the product manufacturer does not set the business model for any dealership regardless of brand. Individual dealerships or the corporations that own them establish their business model and no dealership owner wants overlooked fasteners in work his service department has done.
