We just finished a round trip from Rochester, NY to Nashville, and if I would have had a good alternative, I would have thrown both passenger and driver seats in the trash.
This is the second time I have had seat cushions installed under warranty due to the foam material ( i believe ) crushing and pushing forward. The first set lasted 30K miles, the second set 35K, and they're flat and hard. My wife and I had to purchase two air cushions from Bass Pro Shops to make it home without permanent butt damage
I know there is someone out there in TDR Land who has also run into this, and found the perfect fix. Would you mind sharing it with me? There has got to be a quality seat and cushion place so we can take long trips in comfort. I should note that I suffered extensive cranial abberations while ordering my truck, as evidence I have only manual seats, not the 8 way adjustable. I have been sorry ever since
