We just finished a round trip from Rochester, NY to Nashville, and if I would have had a good alternative, I would have thrown both passenger and driver seats in the trash.

This is the second time I have had seat cushions installed under warranty due to the foam material ( i believe ) crushing and pushing forward. The first set lasted 30K miles, the second set 35K, and they're flat and hard. My wife and I had to purchase two air cushions from Bass Pro Shops to make it home without permanent butt damage

I know there is someone out there in TDR Land who has also run into this, and found the perfect fix. Would you mind sharing it with me? There has got to be a quality seat and cushion place so we can take long trips in comfort. I should note that I suffered extensive cranial abberations while ordering my truck, as evidence I have only manual seats, not the 8 way adjustable. I have been sorry ever since :(

This post just went around about a week ago, but I forget the title. Anyway, there was a piece in TDR a couple years ago showing how to fix the foam by adding more foam, and putting carpet under the foam to stop the seat springs from eating up the foam.

Yes, I've read the other posts, but am not seeing what I need, that is, a third party vendor that is making quality seats to resolve this problem, which apparently many others are having as well. I will email Geno's, but I'm not sure what they offer to fix this.

My mechanic said today ( when he ordered the next set of cushions ) that he is aware of someone in Tennessee that does this, but he can't remember the name.

In Rochester, there is Snyder Auto Seat Covers, but he said he can't do much other than to add stuffing to the original seat because Dodge makes the cushions molded.
