2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission heater motor fan came loose

i think the nut that keeps the fan on my heater motor has come loose i hear funny sqecking noises and the heat is slowed down, i`m wondering how hard is the fan motor to access,i have seen vechicles where you had to rip the whole dash almost out !!!!!!! thanks
