Unless someone has actually run a business, made and sold technical machined parts, bought and had to pay for expensive 3 axis cnc machines, on top of having someone that can read and translate drawings to program the machines,Qc them and then market and sell them THEY HAVE NO CLUE!

I gave myself an internet time out to calm down, lol.

Here’s the deal, Carli goofed in a big way, but as someone already pointed out it is what you do after the mistake that is important. It appears Carli has taken steps to remedy the problem to the customers satisfaction, that’s about all that can be done at this point. Hopefully they have learned a couple of valuable lessons in the process, especially about last minute design changes. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

My main point, which I’m still not sure they get, is that it is important to accurately represent the product they are supplying. Some customers will be ok receiving the design du jour, while others like me want the part to be exactly like it was represented (ie marketing pictures).

It is good to see a company producing innovative products and I wish them the best. Now change the picture :-laf

I haven't ordered anything from you at this time, only because my OEM has worn out yet. .

But, you got my business when the time comes.

I admire someone/business that addresses peoples/customers concerns, explains the hurdles, produces a product in-house and stands behind their product.

The media, presentations and other BS can be quite time consuming.

Not that it makes any difference,,,I understand and as stated, I'll be on the ordering list soon.

hey guys. I had Sage personally install my 2. 5 pintop system along with the upper and lower ball joints and control arms. All I can say is wow. No bull, I can hit the deep depression on our street at 25 miles an hour and the truck rolls through it like it's on air. before that I had to hit it at 10 miles tops and it was ridiculous. I did look at my ball joints and the lowers are not as in the picture but if they never brake or have to be replaced who cares. All I can tell you is my truck is amazing after the install. For the first time since I bought my truck new, I actually like it. Up until now it has been my biggest disappointment. 3 clutches, yes the infamous 2007 Piece of junk clutch. I plan to remedy that real quick to with an aftermarket one. I have now had this system installed for a full month and 3k later with every imaginable condition on and off road including towing my ocean boat. Nothing compares. There is only one problem now. I want more of his goodies installed. Sage is "First Rate" in my book, and I have dealt with alot of hacks. I already have a standing order for more of his parts as soon as he can find time to install them. You can't add it up in dollars and cents. His stuff may be pricey, but trust me, the difference over the long haul your money way ahead of the game. My truck has never had better road manners until now. I truly prefer driving it over the new Z51 C6 Vette. It now sits in the garage collecting dust. Nothing beats a Carli suspended Dullie. And just for the Record my first dodge was a brand new 1998 Quad Cab 4X4 Sport, Black that had the first run of the 24 valve. That truck ran perfect for 10 years and 160K plus miles. So if I sound like I am bashing my new one a little it's only because it spent more time in the shop the first two years I owned it then in my garage. Slowly with a good service dealer and and superior vendors like Sage, I am finally falling in love with my 07 the same way I did with my 98. If any of you are even considering a suspension system, Carli is the only choice hands down. And for the record I did not know Sage until a month ago during the install and know he did not pay me to write this.
