2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Help! I broke it.

Trying to remove the track bar and the nut on the passenger side, the one with the metal tang welded to it(flag nut), well the tang broke off. I can't get a wrench in there, vise grips or anything. Any suggestions on how to get it out?

Oops, left out a word. Passenger side. I guess it is called a flag nut that is on one end of the track bar.

Sounds like it, but I have no torch. Actually I feel like torching the whole axle out and putting leaf springs under the front.

You could tack weld the flag nut in place and get the bolt out. Then grind the tack off and replace the nut.

Mine did the same thing when I took it off. I actually had to take a wrench and grind the sides of it down to slide in there. It worked pretty good if I remember right.

What size wrench? I could buy a cheap wrench and do that.
