Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) help i need a relay for my lights?

I have the warn off road lights and i guess the relay went bad because they are suppose to be key off and and now they are just the opposite. When the key is on they function as normal but when i turn off the truck they lights will come on and will not go off until i pull the relay. Do you think this is a relay problem or do you think it is something else. If it is a relay where can i get another one. These are then numbers on the relay
