Merry Christmas - from Tennessee

Great inexpensive Christmas gift.....

OK - this must be slipping by me... ... I want to organize my bookmarks on Forefox..... when I open Bookmarks Organize I get my Bookmarks on the left... . and a larger open space on the right that says:

Bookmark Toolbar

Bookmark Menu

Unsorted Bookmarks

When I double click Unsorted Bookmarks - then go to the View - Sort Alpha - it sorts the list on the right BUT I can't figure how to make it permanent so when I open Bookmarks the sorting has been accomplished... ...

I'm not sure what you want to do. I use the bookmark tool bar and organize it with Bookmarks/Organize Bookmarks. I get the display you describe. I right click on the item in the left panel that I am interested in. That loads the right screen with the bookmarks in that list and drops down a context window that allows you to create another book mark folder in the item you right clicked on. You can drag the entries in the right panel to where ever you want them in the displayed list. I haven't tried to sort them because I don't want them in alpha order. I organize them in order of the ones I'm most interested in. Never thought of wanting to sort them.

The up and down arrows work in the left panel to change the display in the right panel.
