Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Hooking up Quick Check II?

Hey guys, how did you hook up your Quick Check to your truck? We are trying to hook up to a 02' truck. The Quick Check we have came with the J1939 and J1587 connectors only, nothing that would begin to plug into the 3 pin Amp connector at the fuel filter? Is there a harness I am missing or what? is there any J- connectors hidden elsewhere on the truck? Thx.

Whats the one under the dash for. Would that be the same plug as you have on the quick check.
