I've only got 134,120 miles as of today, original VP and third lift pump although I'd bet my 2nd would still work fine, I changed it because I was right there and had a spare and it had 85,000 on it. Had a Comp box with the wire pierced since 50k and just recently put in injectors and upgraded the box to a drag.

2001 problems

92k on 2001 HO 6speed

2 lift pumps first at 82k second at 93k

I installed pressure gauge or would not have known the problem exsisted.

After the second failure Dodge Installed the new pump in the tank like 05's. Pressure runs about 5 lbs. under most conditions.

bought the truck at 61,000 and some change, now i am at 75,000 and counting, so far lift pump and injection pump failure (both at 70,000) and a u joint as soon as i bought it (rusted insude the cap) don't know if that counts, other than that no problems so far (crosses fingers)

150k next week bombed since day2 5+1 liftpumps, 1 VP, 4 sets frontpads 1set front rotors, 1 set rear pads, oil every5-10k trans fluid every12k(300k+ on DTT) 02etc

Reading this thread I would have to conclude that you either got a Ram that will run forever or you got one that will nickle and dime you forever.

I have 142,000 on mine and have replaced a wheel speed senser and a freeze plug. No brakes, No lift pumps, No track bars..... cross my fingers.

Even taking into consideration that a lot of owners are probably like my youngest kid (in his 'forties) that breaks every thing he touches it would seem my first statement would still be valid.

224,981 so far. Trans, trans, trans, trans... you get the idea. Fixed the oem 2 times, 2 remans from Man Trans in FL (junk stay away from them!!), had one installed @ standard in TX in March broke a gear in Sept, nice people to work with. They helped me out!! Other than trans been pretty good. Should of put in a 6 speed, oh well next time. So far this year its ran just over 115,000 all over the country.

82k on mine. Replaced lift pump and injector pump at 58k under warrenty. I got 71k out of my clutch before replacement. Other than the pumps i've been pretty happy overall.
