I have 261,470 miles. And now she is showing her age. I need to replace the...

1. Radiator

2. Hydro-boost

3. Rear axle seal

4. Star

152k miles, 98. 5
4 injection pumps (number five I think is soon; getting harder to start)
5 lift pumps (FASS in there now)
throttle position sensor
Air conditioner compressor
clutch and throw out bearing
pilot bearing
flywheel resurfaced
numerous rear axle seals
2 brake jobs
driver seat rebuilt 3 times (180 lb driver, not a heavy -weight)
trans main shaft due to problem 5th gear issue
steering making not so funny noise now, something more to come I'm sure! I've paid for this wonderful truck twice in repair costs!
Third starter is in the truck now and so far, fine.

329,500 - still on injection pump #2, Fass #1, clutch 3, and recently installed air-ride dri ver's seat. I've also rebuilt the front end, and on starter #3, alternator #2. I can't imagine the excitement over a new truck @14 or 15 mpg, when I just averaged 18+ pulling popup camper 1500 miles for a hunting trip, 300+ miles of hunting, and 70 miles pulling friend's horse trailer after his ford puked transmission #3.

My '01 has 187,000.

2 Lift Pumps; first at 109K (still under warranty-Dealer put replacement in the tank (!). Tank pump quit at 150K; wasn't able to do pump relocation at that time, so it's still in there. A/C Condenser.

220k & running fine. Very happy with this truck! Replaced the following items.

1 trans

1 complete front end

1 injection pump

1 starter

1 rwss

1 crank sensor

200k & very happy with my truck. Has run with either a TST (first 170k) or Edge Drag Comp, set to max for entire life (excluding first 2 or 3 weeks), and a Smarty on max since as long as I can remember.
Most items (head gasket, transmission, clutches) are from pushing way too much power through stock items, not failures due to breakage under a stock condition.

3 VP44
5 clutches
1 FASS
1 transmission rebuild
1 complete front end
1 waterpump
1 headgasket - with slightly modified replacement head
1 oil pressure sending unit
1 Complete body rebuild, with 3 qts blue paint and 4 qts of clearcoat (and lots of new steel) - Not fun, but I have a new truck again ;)

Other little things here and there, what I would consider typical maintenance, such a brake rebuilds 2 or 3 times.

Should roll 286,000 this weekend. A 206 mile daily commute with trips into Las Vegas on the weekends really racks the miles up.

couple of months ago I rebuilt the battery terminal on the starter solenoid. NEw set of Michelins = better ride and fuel economy over the terrible Maxxis Bravos I had on the truck.

2001 extended cab 3500, HO, 6spd 4x4.

Rolled past 250,000 miles on Monday, yes have joined the 1/4 million mile club! Still running the original VP44, a few lift pumps, but after moving to the frame and replacing with a DDRP I think that I have finally slain that demon! Roll on!

217,000, bought used with 100,000 on it, had reman VP44. 6 stock lift pumps before I got smart and got a airdog. Airdog crapped out with 60,000 miles on it, went with Fass. I have one other VP44 under my belt too. Banks turbo exhaust snail, but with 75 HP injectors and Edge comp. Lots of smoke on #1. Need more air.
