Just picked up another tractor for the collection. ~ weight being towed was 15,000 +or- 2. 000. Was only running the EZ and elbow. Through MO hills running 65-70 mph. Boost was at 28-30 lbs all the time. I blew off the turbo to intercooler hose connection. (the big dodge sure is a turd with out a turbo)Stopped, put it back on and tightened all the others. Didn't go 15 more miles and blew it off again at a different spot. Had enough of that and put the stock elbow on. Boost was running 18-20 lbs. all the time, but didn't blow it off again. EGR's ran about 200-250 degrees warmer, but nothing dangerous. Only got 7 3/4 mpg:{ Is the 28-30 lbs. of boost too much? Should I move to DDII's or III's as the next step? I have a PM3, but it was left at home. (because I just got a rebuilt injection pump from the dealer and didn't have time reinstall before the trip)

28-30 is fine, the turbo is still making cool air, above 35 or so with the HX35 is not beneficial. take off all the connections, clean them with break cleaner, and reinstall them tighten them good. Mine hold up to 50psi fine, and ssustained 30+,only blew one boot off the night i put the B1 on.
