What should I do?

triumphant return of the procrastinator extrordinaire!!!

My wife and I both don't weigh as much as some of you guys. Boy am I glad, it would be tough to ride the tandem bike (titanium) up the mountain. We have to stay light so we don't overgross the 3500 with all the crap thats already on it. Even got the cab&chassis model for the larger frame.

6'-3" and 230 pounds. Need to be around 205, guess I'll have to get serious about the diet! (it going to be tough, I really love to eat!:( )

Stan

Ah man you guys are killin me here,,Do I have to tell???,,Well if I do I'll put it this way,,At 6'6" and waaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy past 351 I'll not sneak up on anyone or anything at all,,Or it could be this way too,It will take more than a stiff wind to knock me over,,Could be where I got my name from, one never knows... ... .

I'm just a short feller at 5'8" and 200 lbs.

I was at 213lbs last month and got off the Pepsi's and started drinking water. A little hard to get used to but now Pepsi's taste terrible! I haven't changed my eating habits at all and I've been able to maintain 195-200lbs with just changing to drinking water.

My truck doesn't have to work so hard to haul me around . 5'7", 137 here. I must be close to the smallest guy on here. I might have to get some personal head lights so I can see through the shadows cast by you guys.

I've got a body part that weighs more than some of you guys :D

At 5'8" - - I was 125# when I graduated from high school. Now that the years have caught up and sitting at a desk all day trying to keep the chair from floating away, I've climbed into the 180 range.

Doc

5'8" and 170-175 here. Been about the same size since I was 15. The size of some of you guys confirms my faith in good running shoes and weapons

Left High School at 6'1" 135 lbs... . no shadow! Now same height 200 winter, 185 summer. Less when lifting.

I have swallowed a lot of anger, along with some pizza and beer.

Mike

6'1"-240 here..... too much by around 40 lbs. but I seem to share the love of food..... or beer-can't tell which! One of these days I gotta try to lose this gut!

Jason

Man, I guess I'll never run with the Big Dogs since I'm a light weight at 172 and 6'. Although the Doc (the one in Arkansas) did say to get ready for a change and new larger Wranglers since I hit 50, that was last August and things haven't changed yet.

Tape worms, they keep the weight off, that's my secret... May have to create a infomercial touting the benefits of the "Tapeworm Weight Loss Program". :D

I'm 5' 10"

I was 221 lbs. I spend all of my spare time lifting weights and kept telling myself that I was just bulking up :D . Decided I was tired of the 36" waist and dropped 36 lbs to a lean 185 lbs and back to the old 31" waist :) . I think when you get to be an old fart like me, it is better to be lean versus buffed :D Plus I picked up 1 mpg because of the load reduction ;)

I am about 6'-0" tall and weigh about 220 lbs. I seem to have a problem of eating too much or it could be just by desk top job at work. I think the only way I will lose the weigh is by turning into a vegetarian, but that would not be very fun.
