Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) how to determine which alternator on my truck

For the truck below in my sig line I need to determine what make alternator(Denso or Bosch) is on my truck. I need to replace the brushes and just need to know what kit to order from geno's.



Cant see any tags on it from my quick cursory look. This is the original alternator.

The only way you're going to know is to inspect the tag. A "quick cursory look" will not do much for you.

Cummins or Dodge sourced the alternators from both.

My '01 had a Nippondenso.
