How to install mud flaps?

Looks like everyone like the NWcustum flaps, but could not get the funds. I have the Cummins mud flaps (they're stiff plastic) and have not installed any others.



What hardware do I need?



And do I drill thru the wheel well? Find existing holes... ?

Pat,

I have the same flaps as you do. I was able to use existing holes in addition to drilling two more holes. I used some sheet metal screws and it seems to hold fine.
