Stuart, you do have a way with words. Is that the New York coming out ? :D :p

Wow I woke up this morning and it was 31 degrees the rear tires on the Ram were at 38 and 72 in the fronts yes its getting colder outside guys.

Are you using a tire pressure gauge to set the pressure, or just setting off the dash?

The reason I ask is because the pressure on the dash isn't as accurate until you drive for a few minutes. I'll set my tires to 55 with a gauge, and the dash will read anything from 48-53 until I drive for a couple minutes and then it reads 55 until they warm up. So if you're adjusting with the dash and then driving that would likely end up with more air in the tires than you intended for.

I use a QUALITY gauge, set to morning temps without the sun hitting the tires. I look at display within 1 mile and my gauge and display are right on. Any further and the pressures will be higher on the display.

Stuart sounds like you need to air up a bit.

My truck matches my pressure gauge almost to the psi. either they are both wrong ,or both right ,but close enough. There is a slight difference in TPMS on my fifth wheel, but not enough to worry about.

The only thing I see on my truck is it takes a minute or two driving to switch readings when I rotate the tires .

Mine read the same (± 1 psi) as soon as the truck drives a short distance and updates, it just takes a minute or so (occasionally a little longer)... about as long as it does to notice the tire rotation.

I must say the adaptive cruise with the stop and with all the safety features has really proven to be a benefit since I put the brakes on heavy electric it really really stops much much better not so scary in an experience I believe I have it on heavy electric + 3 and 1/2 I believe and it's working outstanding it stops grain everything works great now I must say the reason I'm mentioning the adaptive cruise is because I went through a bunch of Charlotte traffic and Charlotte North Carolina Bunches of traffic in Atlanta Georgia and bunches of traffic around Orlando Florida I must say that adaptive cruise prevented me from pulling my hair out because the truck takes care of everything and applies the brakes it keeps you going in about 10 miles an hour or five miles an hour or 13 miles an hour whatever the traffic is going but let me tell you guys I have been through some intense traffic in the last couple of weeks and I don't think I'd have any hair left if I didn't have the adaptive cruise but yeah just a little update and the truck is doing great I have over almost 11,000 miles on it now.

I'm also using voice to text so if there's any crazy stuff on here it's not me it's just the voice to text app.

Why in the world would you want to choose to use cruise control in any area like Atlanta or Charlotte, especially WHILE TOWING? Those areas are difficult enough to drive in, dealing with idiots darting in and out like small fish in a creek.

I hate to say this but it's true that's exactly what adaptive cruise is for it works from one or two or three miles an hour while you're in traffic crawling along it doesn't all I know I've used it for hours and hours and hours and traffic maybe everybody does not know how it works in traffic but it works fantastic for me it makes you go to a stop and it will even send out a warning sound if it's going to turn off it's fantastic maybe that's what the you guys should check out who knows but yes it works fantastic and traffic my goodness.

Sometimes using common sense must prevail. Using adaptive cruise, when towing heavy, coupled with a large city like Atlanta, Nashville, or Orlando, IMO, certainly isn’t using common sense.

Anti-climatic! You owe me 3 minutes, well, 2, because I skipped to 1:00. :D

Yes, I thought I was going to see something crazy, although those motorcycles were pretty stupid. It seems like that is the norm now days on our highways , with all sorts of vehicles . AlthoughI did see his point on posting.

Yes.....Atlanta traffic is about like the clip I posted, except cars and trucks are darting in and out like crazy.
