great looking hat in case you did not know I have the VW 1320 turnover ball in my you know on my main cross member of the truck man that's the point of the greatest goosenecks ever created or ever made it's fantastic don't think I'm I don't like BW products they're great people.

oh and by the way gentleman I did tension the three main bolts that hold the Anderson base to the gooseneck ball I tighten the main top bolt and I tighten this to side bolts which in case that main bolt ever breaks will hold the hitch on and everything but yeah I was able to get it substantially tighter because of the three thousand pounds but just my input hope everybody's well.

in other words I tighten them with the jayco attached and the weight on the Anderson aluminum bass so yes I was able to get it tighter not much but a little bit tighter and it was all no problem thank you guys.

When B&W installed my elite series flatbed in Humbolt Kansas in 07, I got a rare opportunity to tour the plant. I was very impressed with the plant, but not so much with the install. First issue was a turn signal failure message while driving it back to Comifornia, but it was raining so I assumed something got wet and would invetigate it when I got home. I called B&W to report my issue, and I was told they are having other reports of the same issue and it might be the new electronics causing the problem. Then it went out altogether, took to dealer and the report was the bed was the failure. So I started to trouble shoot and found cheap auto parts trailer wiring was used. I contacted B&W and they agreed to reimburse for any parts and wiring purchased. So as I removed the wiring I found several splices that were poorly connected. But the most important issue that made me so mad, was the installer cut the wires before the factory plug that the temporary rear lights were pluged into, therefore ruining the factory wiring. The turn signal issue was from the old practice of grounding to the frame for the ground, instead of using the factory ground leads from the harness. I used better wiring and rewired the entire bed and made all connections in a sealed juction box for all connections, and used factory ground for the ground. They did send a check for my costs, but no labor was reimbursed. I'd rather do it myself, even at free labor to make sure it was done right and materials I approved of.

The point to this story is that I'm not a fanatic fan of the B&W brand, but I do know they have a quality fabfrication process and the welding and fit are second to none in my opinion. My life and others are safe, due to their due diligence in engineering and fabrication.

That is why when I installed my LED bed light across the back of the bed I ordered a jumper harness that was for trucks without 7 way. That plugged into the factory harness, then into the factory 7 way plug. I then spliced into the $20 jumper so the factory harness was not compromised

FYI, during the recession B&W kept their employees working doing jobs around the town. That is TOP CABIN in my book. There was a story on one of the networks about this Great Man.

GS notice the BIG "Made in USA" on the boxes. Not saying ANDERSEN isn't.

My wife does this all of the time! I do not text, my kids get mad all of the time since I wont answer or text anyone! I am old school if you want to say something than call and talk to them. This way they can't say I did not get the message!

Same here. I keep telling the kids and grandkids that I don't live with my phone so don't expect an immediate response to texting. It may take at least a couple days for a response. Same with businesses that act surprised when I refuse to give out my cell phone number. Call on my landline and I'll talk. My cell isn't for spam stuff; I keep it for "important" communications with good friends and family, and when traveling the open road. Kinda like the CB radios, I am available when it's on and I'm with it.
