Some years ago I bought a back-up warning kit from Geno's at the time I received it I waited until my son could install it for me, as I'm not that good at wiring plus my fingers are not as sensitive as they were. It was months later and when he was able to install it for me it did not work. I called Geno's and explained the reason I had it so long before finding it was defective, I was told that they would send another and put it on my credit card, and when they received the defective one I would be credited with the amount on my card. When it arrived I just unpacked the two sensors as we believed they were the problem. In hooking up worked fine as we had left the original installation intact, we then reinserted the originals just as a recheck but they were defective, I reinserted the two sensors noting they were defective and promptly returned the package. Before calling Geno's to say the unit was defective I wondered if I could return the unit, as I had it for months, and if I had been refused I would have expected it and I would have accepted the outcome. A photo of the installation was included in an edition of the TDR magazine, they have worked flawlessly and a boon.
