Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Injector Help

Can anyone tell me what this injector is out of?

It has KDAL 59P6 565 on the body. A local shop pulled these out of a customers truck that didn't like the smole they put out, he was told they were 300hp marine injectors when he bought the truck. I can get them cheap, but want to know for sure what they are. They will be going in a 95 3500 auto.

I am running them and like them a lot. The stock turbo keeps the egt's pretty much in check when I am running empty. If you don't have a pyrometer, you should get one before installing them.

How much does he want for the injectors? You can get a set of 370's from piers for 400. 00.



How did the dv's work out?

Dual EE, I had already read your post and that is one of the reasons I was looking into the 300's, I do some towing so I am concerned with EGT's and the possible stumble with 370's. not wanting to do a turbo (yet). I have guages (need to check why my profile isn't working) I can get them for $125, they are supposed to have around 30,000 on them so I figured if they are 300's at that price I can't really go wrong, I can alway try some 370's later and not be out anything on the 300's. Going to do the DV's at the same time as the injectors and recheck the timing, just need the downtime to do it. All I know is after adding the GB triple disk, the #10 and the 3k gsk I want more!!!! (as the budget allows anyway).

$125. 00 sounds like a great deal. There is a test to do on them-I believe it is referred to as a "pop off" test. I think it is best if each injector is w/in 5# of each other.



Last time I was at the drag strip, I hit 88 mph in the 1/4. (They were not using a clock that night) Not to bad for a 7k# 2wd peg leg.
