I bought a set of DDIII injs a year ago from a member. I just installed them yesterday and removed my old 275s. I was wondering how to tell the injectors apart from stock, 275s, stage III, etc. I know the numbers on the side are the same. The truck was faster with the old ones. Boost went from 35 psi to 32; Pyro went from over 1600 @ WOT to nothing over 1400 at any throttle. Thanks for the help.

Hmmm... . Something doesn't add up. Am I missing something? Boost went down with larger injectors & your EGT's decreased? To me, something isn't adding up FWIW. I'm sure someone will chime in if I'm missing something.

1600 deg is a little hot,i think max is 1250 deg,from the sound of things,it sounds like the new injectors,are stock. Because a set of DD3 will put a fire in it about 100 HP,275 are good for around,35 to 40 HP... . Boost with 275 and 35 lbs sounds about right,32 to 31 lbs of boost is in the stock range,did you get all your hoses tight off your intercooler?
 
Not sure on how to tell the difference, but if your intercooler boots werent tight you would have severe smoke and EGT's that were off the gauge.

Thanks guys. I think they are stock also, thats why I wanted to know if you could tell the difference in the model injectors. I went back and checked everything, its all correct. I wish I had them checked before I put them in. Well I guess they will make a good core charge for a set of 150hp EDMs.
