Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) KDP, about to fix

No damage yet that I know of. I have the numbers for the seal, gasket and tab and once I'm in there, I'll decide exactly what I'll do... . peen, tab or both. Is there anything else I need to get besides these 3 parts? The water pump lookes easy enough to replace at anytime but what about now that I'm there. Time for a flush too. Is the Cummins dealer the best place for getting a new fuel filter etc. There's a dealer not very far...
