Large animals that scare off game.

This is becoming a mystery thriller, the chills are rising. More-more!! No i'm not heckling you its just interesting to here about a local person we know with these experiences.

That's the one, Mike. There is a small pull off where that Historical Sign is, I used to stop there when riding my bike. Good place for a break and a drink of water.

I dont want any snide comments either but :-laf. Why couldn't there be a BIGFOOT type out there. I dont know about Central Ill. But if you have ever been to the Pacific North West you might change your mind. That bush in the state of WA on the Peninsula is so thick that something very well could go undetected.



The smell I can belive an animal from 200 yards bears smell like I TRIED TO BY-PASS THE CUSSING FILTER big time and even ELK and Deer around the mating season is really ripe. During the rut we field dress game a little differently than the pre and post rut the glands that produce the sent will taint the meat and if gets on your clothes just throw them away its that strong.



On the other hand when you are out by yourself and your in an unfamiliar setting your mind will run wild. I know that mine does. But the Dog thing is the kicker my dogs are just dumb to the wild. But our camp dogs are the best alarm that one could have. My mules do weird things that if I would have kept my mind on what I was doing would have told me about the Grizz that made me I TRIED TO BY-PASS THE CUSSING FILTER my britches. Animals dont think watch this ill make the old man crap his pants :-laf

Here is a story of two cemetery events.



First, a car load of kids stopped by a cemetery around 10:30 one night to 'talk', ( we know a little better!!)

Anyway, after they got out of the car they heard growls and wierd sounds. Then rocks were thrown at them from a long distance, some hitting the kids very accurately, like in the head.

First they thought some friends were trying to scare them but they realized that 5 minutes before they pulled into the cemetery, THEY didn't know they were going to stop there! Then, they heard 'heavy' foot steps and say a large animal running toward then, and it made a quick 90 degree turn and ran from them hurdling a chainlink fence like it was nothing.

Of course they quickly left.



A second one, 6 kids stopped by a different cemetery around hollween.

they heard sounds and footsteps, then saw eyes at a distance. They were wanting to leave but still were curious and watched. Then they saw a friend drive by, and they left the place. A little bit later they saw this friend and started talking to him about it.

He said, 'who was hiding by the mail boxes?" They said no one was. It turns out this friend say TWO 'things' were hiding and looked like they had fur or carpet pulled over them!

I know two of these kids and they were truely scared!



At this point, I'm more interested than scared, that may change, but I want and need to see this animal and its family.

My uncle had a couple similar incidents at his home near Mt. Baker Wa. with a tall heavy sounding creature outside his home. His dogs also coward in fear to this creature, (they will chase off bear, cougars,and coyotes). In the morning he would looked for tracks but was not able to find any but, there was aways a strong strange odor. Even working for the game dept. it still scared him enough that he sold his property.

There is evidence from excavation sites, some in california, that there were 10 to 15 foot bi-pedal sub humans on this continent at one time.

Can you imagine 15 ft tall?

What did it eat?? Answer, ANYTHING it wanted!



Now, I'm not saying that such a creature still exists, but I do believe some are around that are 7 to 9 ft.

If a ten foot ape was in china, India and Nam, wtf happened to the gene pool? Those people are LUCKY to hit 5 foot. Just sayin.....

I think if tall dark and smelly was creeping around my house I'd find a way of proving it. Like tilling the entire yard and making an apple pyramid the likes of which no man has seen. And maybe set at a window with a good camera or two.

This is really out there but has anyone thought of tracking the sightings to menstrule (sp?) periods of the closeby females? It seems mr ugly has a semi regular pattern. If they do exist they would be way more sensitive to this than a human.
