I ended up purchasing Anti Flicker Harness H13RH from Dirty Diesels as mentioned in post 18. These are working so far. I didn't get them installed until early this week. After installing I left the headlights on, with engine running, for 15 minutes and they stayed on. Last night I drove it for 30 minutes 2 directions and they stayed on with no flicker. These modules have resistors in them.
