Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I posted earlier that the gasket on my lift pump was leaking and I installed a new one. Well as it turns out it was not the gasket, the oil is coming from the prime lever. There must be an O-ring or something that is allowing the oil to seep by.
Going to change the lift pump and gasket as soon as the motor cools off some. To make sure I'm gong to use some sealant this time around so there is no chance of leaking, I'm on my way out of town in the morning. Thanks for the information on the gasket being the same as early Chevy fuel pumps, bought some spares and they are exact match.
