Genos has the Mopar 90 hose for $6. 95, I just orderd one.

My truck recently started with the hard starting again, so I figured I would replace that hose on my 95 since its the original one. Already did the two hard to reach hoses with the LarryB's kit. Genos has the strainer sevice kit also. Still have the fuel heater too, not for long though. I thought I better get the strainer kit in case the seal is dried out. I've never checked the strainer or the fuel heater. Only have 87K on the truck though.

Can anyone give me a part # for the little black plastic hose that runs from intake manifold to AFC. Found it was broke today. What a bummer to get at. Looked thru my Dodge shop manual, found nothing. I assume it is a Cummins part # or would Dodge have it also. Did ask about it at another thread just a few minutes ago. TIA jps

We just solved our fuel problems on a 1995,70K,auto transmission,4x4. Sometime ago changed the short fuel lines to marine grade hose. No problem til about 3 weeks ago. Low fuel pressure, 10# to 0 #. 20 # when first started. New OVF, no change. Finally found the short hose, fuel supply line had a kink in it. The line behind the short hose had moved, causing a no fuel, or restricted fuel supply. Fixed the "kink" or bend in hose, now things are back to normal. "Simple things first" was my old mechanics favorite saying!!! Thanks for reading!!! jps
Have a 95 12v , 70k for miles. As you can see, I don't drive it a lot. Had to make a 400 mile round trip the other day. Found I was lacking power. Changed fuel filter when back home. Helped some but not sure what truck should do as far as speed. 75-80 is about top. Even hard to get it to that speed. This truck is pretty much stock. While running that speed for a couple of miles it seemed to detune, so to speak. Start from a stop, push throttle wide open, runs that way for a couple miles and then slows done to about 60mph. Sure could use some help. Did a search, didn,t find much. TIA jps
