Michelin XPS Ribs??

In the Tampa area 235 85 16 XPS RIB, M & Bal,

with road hazard and tax out the door $1089.

Much better ride than the 215's,and can use the

1. 36 more miles per gallon @ (16 mpg). Figuring $1. 85

per gallon and 32 gals that is saving $5. 03 per tank.

it would take 216 tanks @16mpg equaling 110848

miles for payback in extra mileage.

You all were correct on the XPS Traction price, I just paid $159 per tire + $9 m & b at Costco. They originally quoted me the wrong price when they ordered them. They also claim Costco deals directly with the Michelin factory. He ordered them from a Costco warehouse. I was ****** when one of the new tires looked "used", seems as the new thread painted strips were nearly wore off. They are getting me another tire. Tire looks a lot more aggressive next to my LTX spare. I just hope they last.

I'm getting the XPS Tractions when I need 6 new tires. I will have to drive to KC to find a Costco since they don't have anything but Sam's clubs in SW Missouri. It's strange to me that Sam's carries the XPS Rib in stock but the Traction is a special order which makes them $20 per tire higher?

I would think if you mentioned the costco prices they would honor them .
