LOL MichiganDon, Yes i can personally vouch for working on the ol' repower. Lets do the get-together thing some time. If it's going to be in detroit area, just make sure it's along I-94 and not too far past Metro, that way Don and I can come to it. I'm sure if LsFarm can pry himself from working he'll be there too (hint hint Greg)

Too bad Cleary's Pub in Chelsea doesn't have much in the way of group parking... I know that MichiganJeepers have gotten together many times at the Damon's in Ann Arbor right off of State Street. They have a big parking lot and plenty of beer on tap. If I am not stuck at work, I'm game for a get together in the area.

There is a fair amount of parking in back of Cleary's... That is where the village parking lot is. Stiver's has pretty good food, the Wolverine isn't bad either... Hmmm, I may have to show up, I am getting hungry... LOL

I will be there... I tried to get them to pull some diesels and I had four diesel in the pits last year and they wouldn't let them pull... I was told by the guy running it (who I know very well) that he "didn't want them here". I tried to get them to let them pull at the end for exhibition, but that wasn't an option either.



I will try to catch up with you guys if you know where you will be at.

What an a-hole! I haven't been to the truck pulls at the Chelsea fair in several years, but the last time I was there about 85% of the stuff competeing was a bunch of old decrepit junk! Can you say "unimpressed"?

What needs to be done to a 3rd gen 3500 to be able to hook to the sled? It would be fun to try this once. Doesn't sound like they would allow us to run anyway though.
