Might get my truck back tomorrow!

My truck got damaged by a limb from a storm a while back. Luckily I found a paint and body man just over ONE mile away. He's had my truck since Monday and I'm about to go crazy. I go and check on her every day. But everything else I drive just plain sucks.



Well the doors on the shop were closed today so I didn't bother him. I hope he was putting the paint on.



I know some of you have suffered greater losses, but these four days without the CTD just BITE!



I might have to get a wife so I'll have an excuse to have two of 'em.

I've been out of mine for a week now, having to drive a Phord. :{ Waiting on parts that were backordered.



I'll be ready to get back into a real truck. Noisy, smelly, big... . everything it's supposed to be.

Why add the cost of wife into it. Just buy the second truck.



I know how it feels when baby is layed up. Plus my neighbors wouldn't know how to act if they didn't get the 10:30 PM wake up call when I go to work.

I too know the feeling. I have been without mine since Monday am. I am Driving an 01 Dodge with a small gas engine. It's a Dodge but not a Cummins.

Geez - quit your whining and try selling your CTD and hope (more like pray) you can afford a replacement in a few months (hopefully by next Spring or before I die).

BV--that doesn't seem logical. Like if I ever sold my truck, there'd damm well be another one sitting in the driveway before she goes.



No luck, I went by and she's all primed up, but no top coat yet. darn darn darn.



I may have to buy her a Power Edge product for being away for so long.

What 4 days? My truck just got out of the shop after being down for almost 2 months! Talk about going crazy. I had to drive a 4 banger ranger and pull a trailer w/ that thing!

Got it back yesterday. What a sweet ride! The fix is very good for $150!



Well if I had to PULL something, I would have borrowed Mom's or Dad's CTD. Nice to have back up.



I bought her some welcome home gifts. A long-handle truck wash brush AND a fueling box!
