Mildew

My TT faces north and it's developed some mildew on the rubber moulding on the north side.

Is there an easy fix for this, other than trailer rotation?

What works best to remove this that's safe to use?

If it's just the rubber trim arround the edge, just go to an RV supply place and buy a big role of it (it's cheap). Then replace that section every year or two.
