Mopar reman cylinder head

hello everyone.
I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the mopar remanufactured 5.9 cylinder heads. The part number is R5114415AA. It supposed to be for an 03-04 which I have an 03. I can get it for about 400 less than one from Cummins. The seller claims it’s new but I think it’s a rebuilt because there is a paint mark at every tapped hole, I think Because there all being check and I don’t think the manufacturer would check every hole on a new one. Anyway I didn’t know if anyone knew anything about them

I managed to answer my question. They are Remanufactured through Cummins recon and offered through mopar.

The R prefix indicates a re-manufactured part. An RL is a brand new part being sold in the reman program so they can build the core supply. Also most genuine Mopar reman engine parts have some sort of yellow tag attached to them.

Thank you that’s good to know. I was pretty sure it was a reman by the photos. I couldn’t see a tag on the head but it was packaged in a crate and the crate had stickers with the part numbers on them. It looks like it’s wrapped in the same yellow plastic I got my remanufactured rods in. I know that doesn’t guarantee anything but it seems right. I got it about 400 cheaper than from Cummins with shipping and core charges so I figured I’d give it a shot. Thank you.
