Movie: Gods & Generals

Rented it a few nights ago. Thought it would be good with the cast, and how well well the Gettysburgh movie was.

Just saw Open Range. That was a good one!

Saw G&G in the theater when it came out. Yes it is slow.



Open Range on the other hand, Oo. Oo. That's a keeper. I liked Secondhand Loins, too.

I bought the DVD because I thought Gettysburg was great, and I love all three books. It has been sitting, partially done, in my DVD player for months - I just can't get motivated to finish it. That's the only DVD I've ever not been able to finish. Bleah!

The book was (is) much better than the movie. All three are real good for that matter.

Hmmmm - maybe it was the drugs because I watched it after my surgery but I enjoyed it. I watched it twice.
