Never been a big fan of mud flaps, but I need to install some soon. My truck has EGR flares and is lifted so I was curious if anyone knows of an aftermarket mud flap that doesn't look too ridiculous and will mount either to the EGR flares, or behind the wheel wells; maybe underneath the truck. appearance and length are the main concern because I am only installing them due to new regulations.

Thanks!

The cummins Powerstore has nice ones for the 2500 and 3500, but on the site it seems that the pix have been deleted

Here is the link and here is the best picture that I could find of them when they were on my truck(The weights and Lights I put on)

I got mine from DuraFlap.com. They will pretty much make you a set of mudflaps whatever width and length you want. They can even predrill them to the factory holes in the wheel wells. Nina and Dennis were a lot of help and great to work with.

The only drawback is they are on the expensive side. I spent a lot more than I intended to but I am very happy with what I got.

DURAFLAP! Nina and Dennis are the best, have some of their flaps on my flatbed, and know both of them personally, I didn't think the price was that bad for what you get!

DURAFLAP IS YOUR BEST BET !!!YOU CAN'T BEAT THEIR QUALITY.....

Also mention that you are a TDR member and they will give you an

additional discount.

DURAFLAP like the others have said. I had a pair of the Husky flaps put on and they would not prevent nothing from being slung on the back of the truck.
The Duraflaps are easy to install and very well made.

There is holes in the lip of the quarterpanel that you can use for bolts...

Is this sufficient enough to hold the flaps? What sort of hardware are you using? I installed the factory aftermarket wheel well liners on mine- I think I would need different fasteners.

ON EDIT:

I just looked at the DF website... seems they include all needed hardware (as they should... they certainly are proud of thier product judging from the prices:eek:)

Ditto on the DuraFlap! Just put 'em on my '07. I know they are expensive, but after using them they definitely do the job.
