Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Need Help ASAP

Last night me and my lil bro were out in his truck, 97 12v with a 10plate and mild injectors. We punched it to get on the highway and it started acting strange, he used to push 45 lbs of boost at WOT, now he is lucky to get 15 on the gauge, the turbo screams but little boost. It also sounds like air rushing out from somewhere. Fuel economy is terrible, it doesn't have the power it did have, and the pyro is goin nuts. I am thinkin intercooler boot, but want some second opinions.

check all innercooler boots first. Most likely one of those

i have had the same problem. i was losing boost from the boot from intercooler to plenum. i split it in half, got a new boot n was fine!

we checked the boots, it was the boot closest to the turbo, the bottom half slipped out from under the clamp

A good set of silicone boots will cure that problem!!!
