17 3500 mega 4x4 srw. would like to retain the stock rims. Looking at Toyo open country MTs, 285 (or 295) 75R18. I believe they have an inflated diameter of 35". front suspension is stock. If anyone is running these, can you tell me if there is a rubbing issue with them? Thanks!!!

I helped a friend fit 295/70-18 Toyo at2. No rubbing and it is a 34.1" tire. I don't remember if there was enough clearance for 285/75-18 (which is 34.8" if I remember correctly).

I'm running Cooper Discover 295-70-18" on my 2013 they fit I also have a leveling kit. They would just kiss the control arms in a hard over turn I solved this by drilling and tapping the steering knuckle in the center of the steering stops. I installed a 1/2" 1/4-20 bolt into the steering stop. The thickness of the head of the bolt was all that was needed to stop the rub.

I have run Yokohama Geolandar AT GO15 285/75R18's (34.8" diameter) on Method 18x9" wheels with an +18mm offset. They rubbed the rear of the wheel well opening plastic ever so slightly. I have also run the Goodyear Duratrac 285/75R18 (slightly larger tire at 35.1" diameter) on the stock 18" wheels with zero rubbing, which make sense as they have more positive offset and so less scrub radius and don't "move" the tire as far forward and back during turning, and tuck into the fender a bit more. Both great setups, I prefer the Duratracs myself.

Thanks Conifer, that's the kind of info I was looking for. Are you from Conifer ,CO?

I have the TOYO 285/75R17 AT2 on mine with the stock wheels, no issues, but I do have carli's leveling out the front, do know for sure, but don't think they will hit with stock height. no rub on the suspension . I think they are 34.5" new.
