I have a new 2018 with 500 miles on it that I picked up last week, 4/30/18.

I noticed a slight hiccup while driving then things started getting worse.

It was at the Line-X dealer and in side over night Tuesday, when they started it up in the morning it filled the building with smoke and had no power.

Now at a cold start I get smoke, low power and a very loud rattle when accelerating, you might say it sounds like a Ford!

After it warms up (5-10 miles) everything goes away.

This is my third Ram Cummins, I know a diesel will rattle but this is very loud and much more that my 14 ever did.

It has not thrown any codes as of yet. It is at the dealer, they were doing a cold start this morning.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks for all of your responses.

Dealer found that #5 injector was not tight and threw a code.
Checked the other 5 and they were also not tight to specs but to a lesser degree.
Will check Saturday on a cold start to see if all is well.

if an injector is loose, you will have a compression leak, which could go both into the fuel system and into the engine itself.

its obvious they didn't do a hellava lot of troubleshooting but this one is on them, and the squeaky wheel gets the grease

Only cold sounds more like grid heater. What is the ambient temp when it happens?
Ditto on grid heater... If its ok when warm, why would it be an injector? White smoke is unburnt fuel. Usually the engine light would come on. Bring it to dealer, but im guessing battery, or a connection at rhe relay or grid heater. Temp sensor ....
