By the time I made the deal, the local sister dealer sold it. This truck is same, but right off the trailer. So the dealer hadn’t PIDed it yet.

I think someone is going to need to carry one of those little folding stools to reach the 5th wheel hitch level.

Adaptor comes with the truck. Look in bin under mat behind front seat, or under rear seat. They are usually in bubble wrap.

Yup, your truck should have the adapter. I bought the appropriate drawbar to get rid of using the adapter and associated slop and noise.

I'd suggest getting a new 2.5" ball mount, using those adapters can elongate the hitch pin holes and bend hitch pins. Plus, one day, you WILL forget to remove the adapter after pulling out the ball mount.

YA it's a little loose, but it will do the trick, until I can shim it it tighter or figure it out. But there is no pin present, so I'll buy the locking pin tomorrow.

Make sure you get a lock pin long enough. Mine is a Master Lock item similar to or this one. https://www.etrailer.com/Hitch-Locks/Master-Lock/1469DAT.html
