I hope your 3500 treats you well. I hope mine does as well. A lot of electronic goodies to fail on these new trucks.
Amen!!! I do really like it more every time I drive it, at 350mi now; many more to go... going to start towing my small enclosed trailer around for a week to finish the break in. I have decided that I will get the MaxCare so I did not call the finance guy back. Since I only put ~ 10k miles / year I am debating on the 8/100 vs the 8/125. Seems to be a big difference in the cost but still less than the dealer quote for third party. The way my luck goes, I wont need it so that will make me happy for many many miles at much less than the cost of the 12" screen / Inj system replacement if it occurs 3 days out of warranty.

Another thought while its in my brain, I do all my own service generally, what evidence must be documented for the warranty to be honored? I generally purchase Mopar / Fleetgaurd products and AMS oil, keep receipts, I assume I need to keep a log with dates / mi / etc. I probably should not stock filters like I did on my 04 but purchase them as needed to keep the records?

I have yet to have anyone even mention how or when my truck was maintained when getting work done on the original or extended warranties.
Just keep the receipts is really all you need to do.

I keep an overly detailed spreadsheet for all of my purchases, services and "anything at all stuffs", as well as a copy of select receipts. Printed receipts and documents go into an expanding organizer file folder. I have noticed some thermally printed receipts tend to fade over time so I'll scan those and file on my computer w/backup on USB, only to CMA (cover my seat-meat) in case the warranty folks require it. "Murphy" and I have had a few "learning" run-ins over the past bunch-o-decades, so I like to keep the odds in my favor.;)
