??New exhaust Manifold?? Updated

DOes anyone have expenence with the three piece that turbo auto diesel has

Ken mentioned it to me last week he said he's building them, they have a polish job and some special porting (i'm pretty sure he mentioned polish job)

and not tapped for a pyro. sells for $400 is what he quoted me.

anyone heard or know anything about this???

For those that don't know Turbo Auto Diesel builds the B-I line of turbos

Isn't this ATS? They make the 3 pc. exhaust manifolds, as well as HTT and BD, from what I've seen so far.

The ATS manifold is sweet, and you can get it tapped for the Pyro. Just make sure you check the bolts often, they tend to come loose. More power, less EGT's, and it looks better than the stock POS. All your new straight-6 diesel trucks (Semi's) have a 3 piece :D

Tom

He said it's not BD, Htt ATS he said he builds them

just cuious surely someone has bought one or heard of them

Hate buying parts and buying the same of a different brand/size/type the day after install

well i got one

it's not ats (no grind marks where badging{ats} would be

not a htt no pyro tap and in 3 pieces

could be a BD though

any how ever bit was ported (grinder marks plain as day) no casting seam in or out seemed to be port matched to the gaskets turbo and head as they were perfect

didn't have a poslish though

but

$400 including manifold bolts (high grade - 12. 9) and required studs as well w/turbo gasket

maifold-head gaskets were 56. 00 from ken

all is installed will test drive tomorrow

and pull a trailer on tues.

Didn't get to pull the trailer

but,

spooled faster

seem to drop 50-100 deg (egt)

but smokes the same

quicker spool is somthing else though not instant but the big flat spot lag is GONE so far i'm happy here are the pics

No nothing stays clean around here especially under the hood

BTW

so who do ya think makes it just curious

Exhaust Manifold

That picture is the identical one that i bought from High Tech Turbo,EXCEPT the one i ordered had another tapped hole for drive pressure reading... . Enjoy your new manifold :) ..... Jeremy

The manifold was not tapped i watched ken tap it for me

nor was it assembled watched him do that too on a spare head

pulled today and i'm a little happier no down shifting required but still driving by the pyro even slowing to 65mph i was able to keep it 1250 1300

boost was up too 5-6psi

I should have mine this week. I could really use 50 to 100 degrees. That'd make my pulling just right.

Here's a look at what I'm pushing without a load at interstate speed.
