New Horse in the Driveway!!!!

As of tonight there will be less room in the driveway and less money in my pocket to spend on my truck :{ :{ :{ . . My daughter go her first car. . a 1971 Nova Hardtop w/ small block. I know its not a diesel but its something that she can drive and we can afford. Well maybe... until I get the bug the put some go faster parts in it. .

I also will be looking for some parts for it... so if you folks have any stuff around the garage that you want to part with. . let me know. .



Right now what I need is the chrome fender trim and yes... an old set of Ralley wheels with the beauty rings and caps... There will be more pieces that I will want to replace or add. . so stay tuned. .

Sweet! At least it is something YOU can work on, not a $80 per hour service tech. The small block will get good fuel mileage as well.

I just downloaded a 582 page parts catalog... Wow have I started a list of got to haves...

I took the parts catalog home last night... and gave it to her to look at. . She took some post-its and started marking all the things that she wants to change or add to the car...

Its going to be interesting to see how it turns out...

Once we get the car home. . I will take some pictures and post them. .
