OEM foglight install on non equipped truck

I bought a set of oem fog lights for my 06... . it comes with the factory loom and switch (primary wiring is already there)

Does anyone know if this will require a flash... and if so. . what has the dealer been charging others for this type of service

It doesn not require a reflash (at least on my '04 it dod not). It's plug-n-play.

When you say switch, do you mean the toggle switch that comes with the foglight kit or the new headlight switch? I only ask because I did the conversion on my 04. 5, and all I needed to do is install the underbumper harness, the lights, and a new foglight/headlight switch in the dash (not included in the kit). Worked like a charm. I didn't need the entire loom or the toggle switch, etc. No reflash either.

Kit arrived today,, has a new headlight switch, bezels, lights, and harness from driver to passenger side (as mine already has the harness to the drivers side sitting there) all OEM mopar...



The directions are pictures only. . with one note at the end saying it will require a flash (boo)



put it all on... simple install once I figured out the dash



worked fine. . no flash needed

No flash needed here either. Remember this isn't a GM if it was you would need a flash.
